We understand that everyone has unique preferences when it comes to receiving mail. That’s why we offer a range of convenient choices to ensure your mail gets to you just how you want it.

Your receiving channels

To a mailbox

Ordinary letters will be delivered to your mailbox, larger letters can be picked up at the nearest post office and international express letters at the parcel machine.

At post office

Letters exceeding 23 x 33 x 2 cm are held at the nearest post office for collection. Redirect once free of charge or authorize someone else to collect on your behalf.

Courier

If you receive a registered letter measuring up to 23 x 33 x 2 cm, we will deliver it to your address and hand it over via signature. If the delivery attempt fails or the dimensions of the letter are larger, you will receive the registered letter at the post office.

How to readdress a letter?

If you are moving, you can use our redirection service for your letters and shipments. Fill out our application form, take your valid ID, and go to the nearest post office to request the change from one address to another.
The redirection will be valid for 6 months.
How to receive a registered letter?

Registered letters are delivered to the address found on the letter. If the delivery fails, letters can be picked up at the post office. Your signature is required as proof of delivery.
A registered letter can be delivered to a person authorized by the company, however, this authorization isn’t valid if the sender has requested “Delivery in person”.
If you can’t pick up your registered letter at the post office, you can redirect it once for free to a different post office.
What to do if my letter is lost?

If your letter is not delivered or lost, try tracking your letter on the Tracking and receiving letters page by entering your letter tracking number. Please note that only registered letters can be tracked.

How to extend letter storage time?

If you can’t pick up your letter from the post office within the standard time, you may extend it up to 2 months by contacting our Customer support.
A storage fee will be applied based on a pricelist and it is paid at the post office when receiving the letter. The fee applies from the day after the end of the deposit period as specified in the arrival note until the day the item is picked up.
