How to change and cancel courier pickup time?
A one-time courier pickup request cannot be changed, only cancelled. To cancel it:
- Log in to the business client self-service.
- Click the Register parcels button.
- Click View all orders under the courier order area on the right side of the screen.
- Click on the courier order number that needs to be canceled.
- Click Cancel order and confirm the cancellation.
To cancel or change a regular courier pickup, contact your sales manager or our Business customer service.
Can I place multiple items in one parcel machine locker?

Business clients can scan the address label of each shipment and insert multiple shipments in a single locker.
Omniva’s parcel delivery timeframes

From the moment the parcel is handed over to Omniva, delivery within the same country to a parcel machine will take 1-2 working days while delivery in the Baltics will take 2-3 working days.
Our couriers deliver shipments within the Baltics within 3 days of the parcel handover to Omniva, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
International parcel delivery times, please see in price list of international parcels for business clients.
How long items are stored by Omniva?
Parcels are stored in the parcel machines for 7 days. We notify the recipient by SMS before the storage deadline.
If it’s a courier shipment and the courier can’t reach the recipient to agree on the parcel delivery time, the parcel will be stored for 7 days:
- At a nearby parcel machine or post office if it’s a S-XL size.
- At the delivery center if it’s an XXL parcel up to 100kg.
Parcel storage time in the post office is 7 days (excluding EMS service 15 days) and 30 days for parcels supervised by customs.
If the parcel isn’t picked up within the storage time, it will be returned to the sender. The sender must pay for the parcel return.
