Omniva makes sending letters worldwide simple. Feel free to hand them over at a post office or use bilateral mail exchange.

In order to use the business letter services, clients are required to select a business letter service package, in the absence of which Omniva has a right to charge an additional fee.

How to address a letter?

Write the address with Latin letters and Arabic numerals. Do not use abbreviations, initial codes, or numbers and characters that are not internationally recognized. See detailed instruction here.
What are the timeframe on Omniva’s letter delivery?

After being handed over and stamped, standard and maxi letters are delivered on the third business day if mailed via a letter box or post office before the last emptying time.
Express letters (i.e., standard and maxi letters), once handed over to us with the Plussmark stamp printed on it, are delivered the following business day if mailed via a letter box or post office on a business day (Monday – Friday) before the last emptying time.
Registered letters are delivered on the third business day following the handover. If the delivery attempt fails, the recipient receives a notice and can retrieve the letter from the post office within 15 calendar days.

What to do if the letter is lost?

If your letter is not delivered or lost, try tracking your letter on the Tracking and receiving letters page by entering your letter tracking number. Please note that only registered letters can be tracked.
