Extend parcel storage time
It is not possible to extend the storage time for parcels in the parcel machine.
You can extend the storage time for a parcel at the post office once, if necessary, for up to 2 months.
A storage fee for holding parcels and letters weighing more than 500 grams at the post office will be applied based on a pricelist and it is paid at the post office when receiving the shipment. The fee applies from the day after the end of the deposit period as specified in the arrival note until the day the item is picked up.
After the storage period expires, we will return the parcel to the sender.
