How to track a letter?
Only registered letters can be tracked. Go to Track and receive letters and enter the tracking number, which was given to the sender when registering the letter.
Sending letters internationally, tracking is not available in all countries. You can find the list of countries, where the sender cannot track the registered mail they sent from the Omniva webpage HERE
Recipients can track a letter by asking the sender to share the tracking number.
