How to receive a registered letter?
Registered letters are delivered to the address found on the letter. If the delivery fails, letters can be picked up at the post office. Your signature is required as proof of delivery.
A registered letter can also be delivered to an authorized person, but this authorization does not apply if the sender has requested "Delivery in person".
If you can't pick up your registered letter at the post office, you can redirect it once for free to a different post office.
