Can someone else pickup my letter?
If you are unable to pick up the shipment addressed to a recipient who is a private customer, another person can collect your letter or parcel from the post office. In this case, a notification of the arrival of the shipment (SMS, email, or paper notification in the mailbox V.22) must be presented to receive the shipment.
If the recipient is a business customer, a notification of the arrival of the shipment (SMS or email) or power of attorney must be presented.
Please note:
The person picking up the shipment must carry their identity document. The person to whom the shipment is delivered must be at least 15 years old, a student ID card is not a document, an identity document (for example, an ID card, passport) is required.
If the sender has requested that the shipment be delivered to a specific person, this will be stated in the notification of arrival of the shipment and in this case we will not deliver the shipment to another person. Procedural documents will not be issued to another person.
