"1. eelistus/Picapac parcel machine" (1. preference / Picapac parcel machine) delivery option


We have added a new option, „1. eelistus/Picapac nutipostkast“, to the parcel machine list of Omniva, which makes choosing the desired parcel machine easier for the customer. The customer does not have to choose the right parcel machine from the long list any more – instead, the parcel will go to the parcel machine (or post office) of their choice. The preferred parcel machine can be selected by the client when they log in on the website minu.omniva.ee.

If you are a Picapac customer, we offer you the opportunity to order goods from e-shops directly to your personal parcel machine. It is no longer necessary to order a courier and pay the courier fee, just choose „1. eelistus/Picapac nutipostkast“ from the list of parcel machines of the e-shop and the parcel will be delivered to your personal personal parcel machine for the parcel machine service fee.

FAQ

WHICH PARCELS CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO A PICAPAC PARCEL MACHINE?
  • Parcels with a phone number that has not been provided to Picapac
  • Parcels that exceed the maximum dimensions of the sections of the personal parcel machine (see Picapac.com)
  • Parcels that require identifying the recipient or include additional paid services:
    • Document return
    • Delivery to a specific person
    • Delivery to an adult
    • Cash on delivery

HOW CAN I SET PICAPAC PARCEL MACHINE AS MY PREFERENCE IN MY OMNIVA?
It is currently not possible to select personal parcel machine as your preference in My Omniva. It does not matter whether or which preference you have set, your parcels are still sent to your personal parcel machine based on your phone number.

HOW CAN I ORDER PARCELS TO MY PERSONAL PARCEL MACHINE?
Select „1. eelistus/Picapac nutipostkast“ from the parcel machine list in the e-shop and the parcel is sent to your personal parcel machine on the basis of your phone number.

CAN MY FAMILY MEMBER ORDER THEIR PARCELS TO MY PERSONAL PARCEL MACHINE?

WHICH PARCEL SIZES CAN BE SENT TO A PICAPAC PARCEL MACHINE?
Picapac personal parcel machine can be used for parcels up to size L. The dimensions of the sections of a Picapac personal parcel machine can be found from the website of Picapac www.picapac.com.

I SELECTED „1. EELISTUS/PICAPAC NUTIPOSTKAST“ IN THE E-SHOP, BUT THE PARCEL WAS STILL SENT TO A PARCEL TERMINAL OR POST OFFICE. WHY?
It is possible that the e-shop has incorrectly specified your delivery choice. „1. eelistus/Picapac nutipostkast“ is a new solution and we are constantly working on informing and instructing our business customers.
Parcels with additional service(s) (see the first question) are also not sent to your personal parcel machine.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PICAPAC PARCEL MACHINE IS FULL BUT THERE ARE MORE PARCELS ABOUT TO ARRIVE?
If the courier cannot place a parcel in your personal parcel machine, they will contact you over the phone.

I CANNOT FIND MY PREFERENCE FROM THE LIST OF THE E-SHOP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Send an e-mail to [email protected] or call 661 6616 and specify which e-shop does not include this option. We will contact the e-shop and ask them to add this delivery option.

HOW CAN I SEND A PARCEL TO PICAPAC PERSONAL PARCEL MACHINE FOR ANOTHER PERSON?
Register parcel at minu.omniva.ee and select "1. eelistus/Picapac nutipostkast" from the Parcel Machine list.

HOW TO SEND A SHIPMENT FROM A PICAPAC PARCEL MACHINE?
In order to use this shipping option, the customer must be using an additional service (included in the price if the customer is subscribed to the standard or premium plan), which can be ordered through the customer service of Picapac ([email protected]).
From 26 October, the Picapac customers will be able to send parcels at the price of Omniva’s parcel machine service. You must be logged in to minu.omniva.ee and select Picapac from the ‘Send parcel’ menu to complete the delivery. Detailed instructions can be found on the website of Picapac HERE (info is currently only in Estonian).
When placing a parcel in the personal parcel machine, you need to generate a unique code and add it to the order for the courier. For more information on how to generate the code, see HERE (the section on sending a parcel).

HOW CAN I RETURN A SHIPMENT FROM A PICAPAC PARCEL MACHINE?
In order to use the return option of Picapac, the customer must be using an additional service (included in the price if the customer is subscribed to the standard or premium plan), which can be ordered through the customer service of Picapac ([email protected]).
From 20 November, Omniva will offer parcel returns from Picapac parcel machines. To register a return, you must log in to minu.omniva.ee and select ‘Return a parcel from Picapac’ on the main page. Detailed instructions can be found on the website of Picapac HERE.
