Pick-up orders for Latvia
and Lithuania



If you want to use a courier to pick up parcels in Latvia or Lithuania, you should execute a contract with us. The transport price of the picked parcels is equal to the price of parcel delivery and no additional fee will be added to the order. The courier picks parcels up in Latvia and Lithuania without prior call and on working days only.

How to submit a pick-up order?

You can formalise a pick-up order in our e-service and determine a Latvian or Lithuanian address as the place of loading. The shortest possible time interval for a courier to pick a the parcel is two hours. When formalising a pick-up order for Latvia or Lithuania in our e-service, you do not have to add parcels to the order and send address cards. When formalising, pay attention to the postal codes: there are four digit codes in Latvia and five digit codes in Lithuania.

In case you cannot use the e-service, you can send a pick-up order to our e-mail address [email protected]. When formalising an order, write down your contacts and the contacts of the place of loading, the desired pick-up date and time interval, and the approximate amount of delivery.

We do not accept the pick-up orders for Latvia and Lithuania which are submitted by phone.
